GLASGOW, 9th May, 1890.

ALTERATION OF AND ADDITIONAL SIGNALS AT STRATHYRE STATION

In consequence of the Signals at Strathyre having been interlocked, the following alterations have been made:-

A new Signal Frame, from which all the Signals will now be worked, has been erected outside the Up Loop Line, about 21 yards South from the Callander end of the Up Platform, and about 65 yards South from the present Signal Frame, which it will supersede.

Home And Advanced Home Signals.- A new Up Signal has been erected about 150 yards North from the present Signal, which it will supersede, and now stands on the West side of the Line, about 213 yards North from the Frame.

A new Down Signal has been erected about 271 yards South from the present Signal, which it will supersede, and now stands on the West side of the Line, about 208 yards South from the Frame.

A new Advanced Up Signal has been erected by the side of the Up Loop Line, about 130 yards South from the Frame.

A new Advanced Down Signal has been erected by the side of the Down Loop Line, about 147 yards North from the Frame.

Siding Signal.- A new Ground Disc Signal from the Sidings to the Up Loop Line has been placed outside the Sidings, about 85 yards South from the Frame.

The Distant Signals remain unaltered.

To come into operation on Tuesday, the 13th day of May, 1890.
